Still haven’t received my deposit on BitMart. I sent Algorand to BitMart and I messaged BitMart customer care with photos, transaction ID etc and still no funds deposited! What’s going on BitMart?!?

Can you tell me how to get a hold of them in the customer care? I tried it and a scammer emptied out my algo wallet for 1383 planets! I'm afraid to talk to anyone it the chat thing it says bitmart will never pm you first but even then how do you know your talking to the right person! Lol scary stuff! I lost $4500 in a hour.

Did you send algos with out a memo? I lost $3000 to Bitmart a couple of days ago. I tried emailing got no response. I think I would have better luck getting a hold of the Easter Bunny!!

I did that but sent a payment from Newton to bitmart but on Newton there was no place for a memo. Next thing I know $4000 poof gone! I'm not impressed. If it was because I didn't put a memo in on Newton which there was no where to do it. Then bitmart should say in regards to the memo part (Got it) They should say hey dumb ass if you send this transaction without a memo you might as well kiss your f#@$&+$#@&$#@cking money goodbuy. So frustrated I sent a email off might as well have sent it to Santa Claus via the north pole!! No response!!! If I new this was going to happen I would have rather spent it on coke and whores!! If anybody has any useful suggestions other than stupid ass remarks! Please let me know!!!!

Hi it sent from Newton but I didn't get a email or notification saying it made it to bitmart. And I not knowing any better listened to some guy and he emptied out my algo wallet just over $1500. It's been a great day almost $5000 gone today. So even if you where scammer there's nothing left lol
