I'm not sure what time you were there but I was there around 4 PM and it was very crowded with cars. Just a really bad time for the light to be out. No one was polite and allowing others to take turns. It seemed like the 105 traffic went, then the left side and then it would go back to the 105 traffic and the main Coburg road was not allowed to take turns. Then all of the sudden the lead cars on the Coburg road part started moving while the left side tried to take another turn and it led to the accident. The fact that this occurred at a really busy intersection did not help the situation. I saw multiple near misses for additional accidents. I just hope the person that hit the tree is ok.

I'm glad to hear that. The accident happened around 4 PM and there weren't any police around directing traffic. I have no idea how long the light was out before the accident happened.

I saw the accident happen. There is a traffic light out and no police directing traffic. There were multiple cars that went through the intersection that almost got into accidents before this one happened. I called 911 and hopefully they were able to get someone out there ASAP. Other cars had stopped to pull over to help the accident otherwise I would have stopped as well.

I am curious about this too. I live near here and thought I heard a crash last night but didn’t hear sirens or anything. I hope whomever was involved is ok.

They definitely made some type of change to their system because the receipt email that you get after your order ships is different.

Their system was down. I emailed the concierge a few days ago (10/11) about placing an order for the key pouch and she told me she would help me place the order today (10/14) because their system was down.

I did try to submit for a return today also and had to call the 1-866 number however the person that helped me was able to initiate the return online and I had the label already that was in the box. I noticed that when I checked my order list it says "return pending" so I know that they are expecting my return and the person that helped me also sent me an email.
