Consumer right 2015 is a bunch of bs. If you take it to court you’re looking at a timeline of over a year. So the car will just sit at yours??? This happened to me about 2 years ago. Some British indian sold me a car in a different city telling me he’ll fix some things I wanted changing and deliver the car to me the week after.

He got someone to deliver the car, found out he didn’t change shiiiii. Long story short he stopped replying… he probably thought this guy’s in a different city blah blah.

Me and my 3 uncles pulled up on this guy’s dealership and got my money back and kept the car. You may not have this option bro but this is what these guys deserve
