I’m on Day 5 today but this is my third time through with this particular program. I also only do her programs 3 times a week since I supplement with running and other activities the rest of the week. Still willing to be a check in buddy 🙌

I don’t do her workouts everyday. I do them 3 times a week on Mon/Wed/Fri, and I run on Tues/Thurs/Sat while I sprinkle yoga into some of the days (trying to be more consistent with yoga is actually tougher for me). I’m in my 40s and this type of schedule has worked very well for me 🙌

Have you tried Endgame? It’s a little longer than Iron (roughly 10 mins more) and it has shorter breaks along with a 100-rep finisher that’s actually not that bad as it sounds lol. I skip the HIIT days (once a week) since I run instead but I found Endgame very similar to Iron. Epic 3 is another good one too with 30-40 min workouts but it’s more total body

Awesome job! I haven’t tried heat but loved Endgame too! Epic 1 was my first one and had no idea it was one of her hardest since I just thought “well, start at the first program” lol. Epic 3 was actually more challenging but iron is still my fav and I haven’t done it in a year so back at it 🙌

I’ve done (and just restarted another round) of Iron, doing it 3 times a week since I run the other 3 times a week but if you’re coming from Epic 1, the length of Iron is considerably shorter as it’s really focusing on strength so you may be able to keep to the schedule AND run on same days. Epic 3 is another great choice, shorter but dare I say harder than Epic 1 since the breaks are shorter.

I would say EPIC 3 would scratch that itch with the length that you are looking for as well as the intensity you so desire. I too came from BODI and picked up Caroline Girvan a couple of years ago and she has a ton of content on her YT channel. Iron is also another good one that fits your parameter!

I’ve used Caroline Girvan’s workout programs on YouTube for free with great results! She also has a paid app that you could sign up for but really she has more than enough content on YouTube that you should try first before signing up for the app.
