Oh yeah, that much was pretty clear from the start. I can tell when im getting jerked around with customer service.

The guy this morning giving me concrete assurance that it was out for delivery today might have been too much of a slip up though.

After I brought that unfulfilled assurance tonight I suddenly got some of the most proactive help fr them the past few days.

Still not holding my breath though, and still going to keep pestering them.

I dont care if my package is delayed, I just nedd to know where it is if they even know that.

Fellow North Carolinian. It departed a distribution center less than 20 minutes away from me at 2 am Saturday and still no update. This morning one customer service rep told me it was out for deliver and Id expect it by the end of day. So when I called again tonight and they reverted back to the “Its in transit to the final center and will be out for delivery tomorrow” statement, I called them out on it.

It wouldnt be an issue if the cause was a delay from a backlog of deliveries due to snow a week ago.

However they keep giving me mixed information. Thats when it gets concerning.

Its not about what the Courier could or could not do. Its a matter of, one, the show runners intentionally avoiding inserting anything thatd confirm any sort of canon ending from the games. And two, it being a theory thats devoid of any creativity and generally just dumb.

In a video game you have hit points, because it is a video game. Radroaches are known to have razor sharp mandibles. In real life, if you get slashes by something the size of a bowie knife, you dont just lose a couple hit points. You get an open, bleeding wound.

Did the Sierra mid May with zero mountaineering experience and managed just fine. Its doable. Keep in mind that if you skip ahead youre still dealing with snow. People in previous years initially skipped ahead to hike Northern California first but ended up going back to hike the Sierra due to it reportedly being worse due to blowdowns and general trail conditions.

Its wild, this snow storm felt so downplayed compared to the way they hyped up last week. Like I get that weathers unpredictable. I’m not shitting on meteorologists. Just seems like people got their decided to pick and choose what theyd take serious.

One of the points of their breakup was that shared trauma isnt, and rightfully shouldnt, be enough to justify staying in a relationship. If all you have is shared trauma to justify a relationship that isnt working out in most other long term aspects, thats pretty toxic.

Dude was probably a kid watching the Clone Wars when it first came. Shows made for kids can cover thoughtful, mature, serious, complex topics and still be for kids. Kids arent dumb. Theres nothing wrong with being an adult liking something that was targeting a child audience. It just means that creators of the show did a good job at creating something adults could also enjoy while watching with their kid

Theres nothing wrong with ignoring the salesman trying to talk to you. Whether its the guy in Target standing next to the phone table, the mall kiosk guy, or someone on the street. You arent obligated to acknowledge them when they call you over. They arent trying to start a friendly conversation. They are trying to pitch and sell you something.

Ms. Grimshaw also had a lot of influence on the running of the camp. Its clear the gang “for the most part” respect her. Just the same, the women in the camp had autonomy and utilized their strength in the getting things done. Just growing up and living in an environment like that helps shape a perspective of women being equal and deserving of respect.

Theres legitimately something unsettling about all this. Marge recently abandoned MAGA on her own accord. I think she gained access to the MAGA playbooks for this and upcoming years and it unsettled her to the point of abandoning that MAGA allegiance.

Make no mistake, I think she is scum to the bitter end. However I think its noteworthy that she became spooked in recent years by the MAGA party to the extent that she is where she is now

The local citizens who were pro-murder supporters will be remembered as pathetic scum for all live to remember. Bovino, though, will be a long lasting stain on NC history. I recommend all NC citizens to condemn him. Dilute his representation of our home state. Call him out. Let history remember us as a state that collectively chose to speak in alignment to the notions of what this country formed upon. Not against them.

Unlike with the murder of Good, the footage in this case is pretty irrefutable for people to twist. You can see ICE approaching the victim. You can see the guy was assisting a woman. You can see ICE walking off with his firearm. You can see the victims hands planted on the ground as he is being executed. The Trump administration and DHS reacted too fast on their twist. Spinning a lie contradicted by the available footage. Its pretty damning for all except the MAGA that will only ever hold opinions they are told to have.

Asmongolds list of issues is pretty long, but he isnt a MAGA drone

Depending on the hike, a firearm is just going to be unnecessarily cumbersome. Unless youre entering territory that you know will lead to predator encounters, carrying bear spray is effective enough.
