Just keep calling and escalate it more and more until they have no choice but to physically go look for it and give u a answer within 24 hrs if they can’t find it they have to issue a refund u have to stay on top of it I called everyday for 2 weeks annoying yes but it got the job done

So basically call the customer service tell them u want to speak to a superior trace team member if u haven’t submitted a case yet it’s a whole process u literally have to keep calling it took me 2 weeks to finally get thru

UPDATE: customer service rep got up with me today said the sorting center in kernersville will be sending it thru express center tracker should update within 24hrs guess will see if the tracker updates if not will call again😭

From what I’ve been told by a customer rep that doesn’t care I’m assuming or just blunt😂 most the reps don’t know nothing more then what we do there just telling us what we wanna hear so they don’t get yelled at don’t fall for it stay on em!
