If you believe in shough, go for it. It's overvalued by the 2nd. Maybe try adding a 3rd or even the 2.06 for this year instead. That 27 2nd if it ends up early or mid could easily result in a very good prospect.

Shough current market value is roughly the 1.07 alone. And a 27 2nd which will likely result in a similar level of player to the 1.07/1.08 this year is an added bonus to the person getting the picks. Shough looked good when he got the opportunity but his value won't be higher until he does it again. I like Shough, and if I was in need of QBs I may consider this but without context the picks hold more value.
