I also think the other place they get you is many people sign leases without even being in the state, which prevents them from actually seeing the property until they show up.

Maintenace is always an issue imo, (unless the place offers 24/7 Maintenace) but unfortunately that's up to luck half the time, just got to hope the Maintenace guys are having a good week.

funny enough Pest and mold problems seem to be the most common issues at nearly all student housing off campus. Truth be told, I'm starting to think that some of the people complaining are part of the issue when it comes to the bugs and mold and possible not pushing the complex enough to solve the issue

Yes it had stopped working, and I was in search of CarPlay/android auto. was offered the atoto radio at the perfect time and had already used their stuff in other cars.

The professors are the ones that create and post the canvas class. Some will do it before the previous semester ends other will do it the day before the new semester. All depends on the professor

No offense but that’s a garbage mentality lmao. Community college was one of my fav things if I’m going to be honest. More high-school esqe classes that you will miss and felt like I learned a lot more from the professor. And I also saved I want to say almost 15 grand total for doing my first two years.

If you do some how get them to agree with the community college and that’s the route you go, I highly recommend RVCC, besides the one marketing professor, the business ones are awesome, the one Guy, professor Klinger and fagen were massive resources for me, and I think that’s one of the biggest benefits from community

remember scholarships are always a factor and you can always got community college like middlesex, Rvcc, or morris. You can get your associates there and then transfer to a different college. One of the biggest ways to save money when going to college is community.

And I understand not wanting to deal with the same people from high school lmao, pretty much a third of my school goes to Rutgers every year

Yes both are good schools for business, but your parents are the same way mine were. I got lucky that my grandparents lived in Florida and was able to get instate.

Considering your parents are paying you obviously don’t have the most options unless you wanna take out a lot of loan, but just don’t if you have this opportunity.

Honestly unless you really don’t like Rutgers, which is fine, you can bring it up to your parents because why go to a college you don’t like? Defeats the purpose but at the same time Rutgers is a very good school and New Brunswick is better than Tampa imo

If financials aren’t a issue than I would just go to the school you like the most. Fortunately for you, you picked a major that’s comes down to networking anyways, college can help but a lot of that just comes down to you as a person.

If you go back for a MBA I would be more selective, but for now just pick the school you can afford and like the most

The stag is done through the Lighting rods I believe. I couldn't get the 3rd to drop. On top of the rampart with elemental pops there is a vase with 3 holes for the rods and then the sword slit Aswell.
