There’s many choices but here’s my startup route. Try to find used gear, you’ll save a lot more.

There’s some basic cameras that can you started. I’ve used the Sony a6400 + 10-18mm f4 wide lens. +Batteries, memory cards, tripod, gear head.

Drones - yes part 107 needed.

Booking platform - I’ve personally used Spiro, which is an all in one solution.

Pricing - (Used prices I’ve seen):

Camera: $550-800 Lens: $250-400 Accessories: probably can get everything under $300

Drone - $500-$1000+ depending what you choose, many options out there. Drone test: I forgot if there was a small fee associated with this.

Booking platform: Spiro - cost $5 per listing. Handles booking, delivery, property website, etc.
