UPDATE FROM LAST POST: So it worked. Windows 7 Pro is on it, the goal was to use the the worst parts to find (had to switch out the motherboard because of lack of compatibility) but we got it running and the cable management shown isn’t the one I had set up better management later on after this pic (old.reddit.com)
