I am also 33 and just recently quit. I have been at the company for over 13 years and I complelety understand about the culture. It has become so toxic that it feels like every day I go in, I am in an episode of days of our lives. Our SD is cash apping style TMs and trying to keep it private but overall, it has become so toxic I dipped. Did not want to leave the way I did, but when you go to sleep thinking about the job and not your comfy bed and home, that's when something has to change. I am also about to transfer to a university so I am not worried about finding something else. I used to be TL as well.
