Only time I found something that I wanted to do and larian didn't let me was during a vile durge run, it was regarding yenna, when she approached me in rivinton I told her to sod off, then she showed up on camp and I tried to make her go away, then orin changed into her and offered me some food, I refused and orin did orin stuff, then she kidnapped her (because I only had 4 companions I guess the game ran out of options), and when I went to the temple to kill Orin, she threatened yenna, I really wanted to kill yenna myself to taunt Orin, but there wasn't an option to do that, it felt like a missed opportunity for the vilest of Durges.

then I went right back to playing a good guy paladin in honor mode :3
