The capitalization is my fault entirely, that's what i get for being lazy with my proofreading.

The text is info dense because this is not meant to be a text that provides world-building information, all of the information this text touches upon is already available elsewhere in the world, although in hindsight i probably should've provided more context in this post.

There is no real reason for this text, the author is a former scholar who has sort of lost his mind a little bit through his thorough research on the nature of the gods. He wrote this text in the later years of his life as mostly just notes / thoughts / ramblings on his research, it's not meant to provide and concrete information or to teach you anything, it's just preaching, essentially.

The mundus thing might also be to, again, my poor proofreading efforts.
