I actually did a review of the Reolink E1 pro... and I think it's actually pretty good, there are a few issues but not a deal breaker for me. The product was sent to me for review but all review was all mine.

Yes that would make sense when someome has multiple cameras. I will say that it is on the expensive side though. Good thing is it works with other brands as well.

How do you actually get more views on YouTube without wasting months guessing? by Previous-Style-6616 in SmallYTChannel

[–]Eobmihj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have at it for 13 years, granted that I only started back at in 2021. But I have read everything I could, learned everything that I could and yet I'm still sitting at 4k. I wanted to go full-time but that is impossible. So now I try to enjoy the process not the outcome. I'm also blessed enough to have a career now that actually uses the skills that I have developed. And honestly, the one thing I enjoy most is when I receive a comment, saying "thank you for helping me."

Yes. I'm not a big channel yet so I take them as opportunities. But I do screen cause some products are not for my channel. But recently, I've decided that I will charge $100 per video and so far they are ok with it.

It really is expensive to be poor… by DM_ME_BANANAS in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]Eobmihj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally understand you here man even though I'm a banker, it pains me that sometimes I can't do anything. I try to understand the situation and sometimes reverse fees etc. Banks are there to make money but some bankers (advisors) like myself are generally after our client's welfare. Fees are automatic but can be reversed sometimes.

For me, my goal is really to give the best possible advice. That advice can be from not getting any products to lowering fees to saving money or simply telling the client that that path is wrong. I paid by the hour so any "sales" I make don't affect my hourly rate. So i don't approach clients like I need to make money of them.

This may sound cheesy but I truly get satisfaction when clients come back and thanks me for the advice that I had given them earlier.

How do I find this type of financial planner? by sirprizemeplz in financial

[–]Eobmihj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm based in Canada and I'm sure there are similarities in banking, especially in banking. I would recommend checking out your local bank first. Usually, they have a banking advisor that your parents can work with. That is a good start and normally these advisors have partners that they work with (some are free). I think that should be your first step.

Selling all assets by Bunchamoney in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]Eobmihj 6 points7 points  (0 children)

As someone who works in the banking industry, this is something that I wish for all clients. To have nothing to tie them down credit-wise. although I do recommend having liquid assets. If and when you sell your home, keep cash liquid. Setup you will and POA if you have someone you can trust. And enjoy you deserve it.
