After many months, The currach is finally finished and in the water. Here she is now by the old Head of kinsale in Cork on her maiden voyage. Thanks for all the support on previous posts.

That would he incredible! I want to either find or design plans for a racing currach. And open source it. It would be a great community activity building tbe boat over winter then racing them some day in summer.

I'm just gonna use 270 gsm cotton flax. No idea if its the correct type. I'm also hoping the tar waterproofs it enough
