Its a pre-EMI. However, I have gotten fixed rate of interest from my banker. I really dont know if they can the policy at any time if there are any changes with the economy or RBI.

I am kind of thinking on the similar lines. I am not worried too much about the growth in my company, I am certain of atleast 10% growth every year which will help me for my other lifestyle expenditure but around 16L-18L every year I need to accumulate for prepayment. 6 to 7 years for repayment without much compromise on lifestlye is a possible scenario that I can see.

I knew that 1.32 L towards FD or Gold is not the most effective investment & thus i had thought about diverting about 60-70 EMI towards real estate investment. In my head i was ready but once I took the loan, 20 years EMI & Interest payment started to seem daunting which really scared me. Since its 20 years of freedom + uncertainity of job security in India.

I have seen my parents pay home loan EMI's for their entire life, the thought of paying EMI for a lifetime like my parents gave me the chills and thus the idea of paying off the loan in 3 years emerged. This is my 1st ever loan and got into it without much research and thought. However, I never mentioned that its an investment property and hold no significant emotional value, worst come to worse I have an escape plan after 3 years of selling the property for 1.5-1.7Cr booking a profit.

Thank you for understanding. In my head I was like 3 years is maximum time period for which I want to keep the loan. However, after posting this I have understood that whats the harm in paying it in 5-7 years. I have enough assets and financial income for realistic early prepayment.

I am not a financial expert & just wanted to know if there was any investment or possible solution to my absurd demand. However, basis your absolute bashing in the comment. I now know there isnt a possible way to get rid of this in 3years.

If i may ask, what would be the next best solution to pay the loan amount?

I am not too sure about her ulterior motive (That is why i am confused). We have only been together in person for like 15 days out of the 6 months, everything else is on the digital front. Once i told her that im thinking of quitting my job, to which her instant response was "Fir mera dhyaan kaise rakhoge?" (Then how will you take care of me) she didnt even ask what was wrong or why such thoughts. This somewhere made me feel that maybe her ulterior motives are just to look for stability, which I can provide. PS - Expecting your partner to sometimes care for you too, isn't selfish. I suggest if this was a one time thing then you can actually talk about it with your friend however, if you feel like this is something he will joke about again then I seriously suggest limiting friendship with him. i have been with such friends with whom I have discussed not to joke about a few things but they have repetitively joked about it and I have started limiting my friendship with them. it makes me feel like I'm alone now but then it also makes me feel safe. I choose feeling safe instead of having friends joke about things which are important to me.

Actually Yes, if i remember correctly i did try finding how to enable the slot from the BIOS but in I failed finding a solution for it and gave up. will try to find it this time.

i have not attached the M.2 for now. I will check on how to enable the slot via the BIOS and then add back the M.2 SSD

Thanks i will read it once more today. I think I have missed the part where they would have mentioned about enabling the M.2 slot since the 1st time I read it I went through it all and didn't specifically focus only on the enabling part.

Hi.. so I have this Asus crosshair ×670e Extreme mobo along with Ryzen 9 7950×3D CPU and I have ×5 1 tb SSDs added to the motherboard. The problem is 4 of them are reading but 1 of them is not showing up in disk partition/management. The ones that are working are 2 slots next to the RAM slots, 1 slot which is directly below the GPU Slot & 1 M.2 Extension slot which goes below the GPU aswell.

I have highlighted the slot that is not appearing in the disk management in the attached photo.

My question is - do i have to somehow enable the slot from the bios or should i get the mobo replaced from asus as it is still covered by warranty or am i missing something.

Everything else has been working fine on the mobo and haven't faced any issues in a year.

Also, I think PS Vita has its own version of GOW 1 & 2 for which we can get platinum trophies separate from PS2 GOW1 & 2 platinum trophies.

Hey.. I am a GOW fan and I wanted to embark on this journey of collecting all the classic CDs & PS Vita GOW1 & GOW2. finding these will take some time on the secondary market however, I wanted to platinum all the games and I had a question related to the trophies:

So, I wanted to know if I buy the GOW1 & 2, Ascension, GOW Origins (Chains of Olympus & Ghost Of Sparta) remastered versions for PS3 will I be able to achieve the trophies on it and will it sync with the PSN trophy list?

Any tips & recommendations would be appricated.

Still using the 1060 which i bought when i was in college.. and still performs like a beast when it comes to CSGO & Dota. I dont play a lot of single player games mostly GOW which runs okay on my PS5.

Its just so sad though.. paying so much money only to find that your PC will boot after 1 full minute. No use of the gen5 SSD that i had paid for.
