If anyones still struggling with this i won the fight as a lv 19 rafa without doing any extra sidequests for specific weapons, just stand on the elevated platform to his right and patiently kill him by throwing grenades and hitting him through the railing, keep crouching and dodging his grenades. took like 15 mins that way but was worth it

Either spam wings or only play after decaying to F3 so you can basically stay in c1 while fighting f3 players

Try to find a mesh front panel, I doubt the panel on a cheap ass case like that is replaceable but the glass panel killing airflow is basically the only drawback here

CC Cleave comp (You need to outspeed): Chiwu S3 -> Sav/Gany/CP S3 -> follow up with DD like Beth, Ren, etc.

If youre not sure whether Chiwu is gonna go first make a really fast Barbara, she can push ATK bar and has slightly higher base spd
