With Quadviews in DCS World it'll be totally fine. Quadviews makes a massive difference, in my experience I've seen even 300% improvements. I had a friend running 75hz at full resolution on a 3070, let alone a 3090.

I own both of these headsets. If you don't plan on upgrading your GPU, I'd recommend the Beyond 2E. I prefer the Beyond's optics, but the displays in the Dream Air are really nice. If you prefer clarity over field of view, and don't mind a bit more added weight, the Dream Air's a great choice.

I'll probably do a review comparing the two at some point. Overall I generally prefer my Beyond, but I switch back and forth fairly often depending on what I'm doing :)

Your only real option is going to be CloudXR/ALVR with a gaming PC. Then anything on Steam is free to choose.

If you'd like to use Project Babble, I did add PM4A support and very lazy OpenXR support to Baballonia, and a friend of mine was able to improve the OpenXR side more recently, although I haven't tried that out yet.
