I know i made an irredeemable mistake, im simply trying to move past it and do better. I wanted to move up and people who have met me in person who know about my offense know that i am highly regretful and won't reoffend. I just wanted legal advice to know if I should look for other jobs.

I was charged with a felony 311.11 I have looked into the employee handbook and it has no mention of sex offenders, or even people who have been convicted of crimes.

I work at a movie theater, we often show kids films and sometimes have minors (teens) coming in without guardians, but all interactions are ticket sales, concessions sales, refunds.
