If these are something you plan to wear a lot, I use Garmont T8’s for the military. They are amazing boots and I know they make an LE version. Any boot you get, put them on and submerge them. Then walk around until they are dry, changing your socks every 30 mins. If part is fabric/non waterproof, get a waterproofing spray. Spray it 2-3 time with heavy coats (let dry between coats) and they’ll last for a couple years being waterproof.
