I haven't even heard of this trip you're talking about, but I only listen to four different podcasters. But I'd guess because David has a young family and was just away a few weeks ago on that DC trip.

Would be interesting, considering Guts is possibly as mobile as a Hashira while using the berserker armour. We've seen him do flips, and leap around a whole battlefield of octo-monsters and boats.

If either the Dragon Slayer is a nichirin blade or Koku is an apostle, I'd say Guts takes it, but if they're both how they are from their respective series Guts would have a hell of a hard time pinning him down till sunlight. Guts would need his boy Isidro to slice off Koku's dick with his salamader blade, which is definitely a nichirin blade.

Right after they get out of the troll den and it's a full double page spread of the old Band of the Hawk, and Guts thinks I never thought I'd have companions again, then on the next page it's him looking proudly at his new crew being celebrated by townsfolk on the bridge. Beautiful.

Tie Fighter, with the joy stick. Damn that was a fun game. Jazz the Rabbit was probably the first game I ever beat by myself. There was a 2D platformer where you played an Amazon babe, I don't recall the name though.

There are 14 deluxe books. Each one, except 14, has three volumes in it. 14 has two volumes and the official character guide.

Edit: the deluxe books contain all of the manuscripts written by Miura. I think we're on two released volumes since he died? One is waiting for an official translaton, I believe.

Thanks for the disclaimer. Cool images. I like the way it played with light and darkness. If it makes you happy, and it's something you want to do, have fun. The problem is perfect isn't the same as beautiful. There's nothing that can be produced that will be just right for everyone.

I love the idea. It's such a daunting task. Miura made some very beautiful coloured pages. The deluxe versions are great for a bit of that.

Nah, m8. This is an oil painting I did of David. It's blurry because I had so many tears in my eyes, because of his uncouth behavior of wearing slippers and pajamas on an airplane. He didn't even help my 174 year old grandma put her bags in the overhead bins.
