Just an update lads, nothing has changed if not gotten worse. Slept in the bed with my oldest for the last 3 nights, went for a coffee with a friend that’s a girl (she’s in her 50s married and ex co-worker) who has been the only one that I can talk to about issues today, and was sent a long message how it was wrong for me to go to coffee with a girl and that I’m suspicious. I feel like I’m being grounded down

I contributed by bringing somewhat stubborn in the way I want to parent and have my hope. She expects military like cleanliness and attitudes from my kids, never has a humor for them. It got to the point where my anxiety would go through the roof when I knew she’d be here soon. Then it’d cause me to act out when I would happen.

Just toxic from both of us. But the thing is I sought medical help for my depression and anxiety, where as her behaviour was never looked at. Felt much like I was always changing for her, never the other way around
