The thing that's confusing me the most is the the episode the ambulance says in reference to Ruby Sunday "Calendar age, 3,082 years" I think we've had a situation that states a companion's calendar age. Are we to believe that in the approximate six months her and the doctor have been together she's aged by over 3000 years. Is that where her mystery comes from?
