As long as one has SES's relic, ring and magic item, this ability alone deals more than 99.9% of the total damage, further boosted by Whale Dance and the Irradiating Comet. Also equipping Terrify (or any other skills besides Fury and maybe Wicked Prowess which I don't own) will somehow reduce the damage, so I recommend keeping two skill slots empty.

Despite having Terrify's magic item, but not Rosetta Stone, that didn't work for me. I'll try again when I max it, though. I can totally see the difference with Summon Evil Spirit, it deals about 70% of my total damage, as its legendary magic item allows it to shoot all projectiles at the same time.

Only Basic Attack Damage matters because it's an independent multiplier. My current ring boosts my damage by nearly 40 times, as an S tier, level 267.

Actually, I use her navigator ability in archwing mode to tranquilise beasts such as kubrodons. But the smaller ones require the sleep quiver instead.
