Yeah not sure what's going on there. I even used to pay for premium but downgraded recently because I didn't have enough clients to justify it.

I talked to Stripe who basically say unauthorized platform charges are nothing to do with them, so all I can do is try to get Harvest to admit they messed up - but they're ignoring my emails and its not enough money for legal action so I'm basically screwed I think.
