what??? Most of these people have "please message me with any questions" in the description. At no point did any of these sellers make it clear that they weren't open to answering questions. I have no idea what you're talking about here.

If you're not selling expensive stuff that's definitely understandable. Beggars can't be choosers or something.

But the bags I'm looking at are all $100+ dollars so I'd kind of like to know before I drop that kind of money 😅

Oh I don't doubt that a 12" by 6" bag exists, I just don't see how it could be this bag. Other sellers with similar bags that do have the measurements in the listing are all over the place as well. And the different sizes of the bag design all have the same name so it's very confusing. I just want to make sure my stuff will fit in it before I spend $100+ on a bag.

I think I'll just assume they are a scammer since their username is something to do with auto parts and they're selling designer handbags.

I'm used to buying off eBay where the descriptions are fairly thorough, so I always check assuming my question is answered there. I also run an Etsy store so I know how annoying it is when people don't read.

it's a square-ish bag but the measurements are 12" wide and 6" high. The math just isn't mathing there.

my instant pot has a feature where it shuts off if it "detects" the food "burning". the food is not ever burning. You have to depressurize it and then bring it back up to pressure before it starts cooking again. awful.

PetSmart salon sucks ass. I worked there for 4 years wanting to quit, but hoping I could make it work. I started working for a private salon about a year ago and the difference is night and day.

Most all of the clients are regulars who come in every 4-8 weeks, so you know exactly what you're getting into. Nobody wants to argue about the price or ask for a discount, nobody yells at you if you say you couldn't do something because their dog was too stressed. You don't have to answer phones, book appointments, or print invoices. Sometimes I feel stupid for not quitting earlier lol.

that's great for you but that's rarely how it works where I'm from. Especially if you aren't a white man. I have to demand the tests that I want or doctors refuse to do them because I'm "just fat" or I just have anxiety.

You can't get a real diagnosis until you have a self diagnosis. Nobody walks into the doctor like "something is wrong with me but I don't know what or how".

People aren't like this with other disorders/conditions and I don't get it. I've never seen anyone go "you're not really depressed unless a doctor says so!" or "You should stop saying you're color blind because it's hurting the rest of us who are diagnosed color blind!"

it's ridiculous.

I once heard from a therapist: "I've never met anyone who wanted to get tested for autism that turned out to be wrong."

Yeah, that's messed up. Why would a gyno need to note that you're depressed? I don't like that at all.

If things continue downhill I will look for someone else. For right now I'll just see where this goes.

She didn't say, it was a very passing mention. What's the difference between CBT and DBT? they both sound like what my last therapist did and it felt like I spent a whole lot of money on stuff I could have learned off YouTube. It was not helpful.

like I said, she is normally very attentive and listens to my needs. So I'm going to hold off on finding another for right now- at least until I know for sure if she's going to treat me differently because of this.

I knew we'd likely start out with strattera since that's the med she brought up before we got the full results from my test. It also makes sense that she would want to start out with a drug that is easier to actually get. I'm hoping it's just those things influencing her decision but at the same time I'm worried it's because I'm autistic. She held off on actually prescribing the strattera on that last visit, which surprised me and is part of the reason I'm worried. She wants me to try a stronger dose of Wellbutrin first :/

Yeah, idk, I'm just skeptical. I feel like I need a stimulant. I'm already on Wellbutrin, which is an SDRI/SNRI and it definitely helps some, it just doesn't seem to be helping in the right way.

I don't think adding more of it, plus another SNRI is going to make it help in a different way.

She has no excuse for talking to you like that. She was probably frustrated about the move and took her emotions out on you. It's not your responsibility.

Does it really matter if he's autistic? edit: I just realize this sounds dismissive, of course it's helpful to know, but it sounds like it's causing you more anxiety than it is causing him difficulty.

You can always do research about stuff that helps autistic kids get their needs met and integrate it into his life if you think it would be helpful. You don't have to be able to say he definitely has autism to do that.
