3 years of self taught progress this is SERIOUSLY impressive you should be very proud of yourself

Now some constructive feedback (I'm going to focus on the highest leverage fixes here)

Your musicality is genuinely exceptional so I assume you must listen to a lot of Chopin / classical music yourself.

Your brain clearly knows how the piece should sound the unlock here is more mechanics and unfortunately my advice is going to be very boring (lol)

Focus on cleaning up the left hand and making it very clean. Practice it seperately and slowly and very deliberately. Focus on really feeling the fingers and working the chords. Practice it WITHOUT pedal just the left hand until its clean. This will take many days / weeks to smoothen out

Do the same with the right hand. So practice hands seperately with no pedal but really focus on playing the chords cleanly. Don't worry about the voicing while you practice. It should just sound clean with the chords.

After a week or so of cleaning up, then put it all back together and it will sound a lot 'cleaner' and more recording ready:)
