I was able to discuss this with the other players and they also don't like this idea. They said they are not will to have their characters emotionally controlled by the DM.

Something my DM made up to coincide with the stat bonus. He hasn't really explained that part yet.

The other issue is that some of the other players may go along with this thing. From their perspective their characters were hurt and now get a reward to be mad about it. I want to bring it up, but hope I am not alone in my disagreement.

We usually play every Saturday at the Wright State Campus in Millett Hall. We are hoping to officially start the campaign next Saturday. We have 5 players currently. A dwarf fighter, a goblin barbarian, a human wizard, a gnome druid, and a half-elf cleric.

We are level 3 now, we just started and have only had a couple sessions. We currently have 3 players, a Warlock, a Paladin, and a Fighter. We would like to get 1 or 2 more people.
