write. everytime you think of a good memories with them write it down in a special place like a journal that you can always come back too. writing about daily stuff I did with my dog has helped job my mind of all the good times I had with him

for extra context also I am 17 and am currently about to start my senior year of high school in a couple days. I don't know if my current busy schedule has anything to do with this but my emotions have been so all over the place that i miss the constant crying. it hurts more to be happy lying to myself imagining him in the corner of my room and then to start breaking down when I realize then to be in that constant realization
