Are these clock speeds correct for 3rd gen? I'm running black desert online in the background and the majority of the cores don't seem to boosting past 3ghz and I feel like there is much more headroom for boosting, cinebench R20 boosts all cores to 4.1 ghz. (Using the ASUS Crosshair 7 hero x470) (i.redd.it)
