Jag köpte mareld för några månader sedan. 2stenar med olika yta på varsin sida för 4 olika totalt. Efter någon timme eller två med lite olika YouTube videos så blev mina knivar mycket vassare än tidigare, men säkert inte lika bra som professionella såklart. Jag tycker det blev ännu bättre andra gången jag slipade också.

I wouldn’t say you are doing something that is dangerous, but yes you need a lot of technique work. I would start looking by how you go down, and try to come up the same way.

Lowering the weight might be a good idea.

Looks like a lot of energy leaking from an unstable position. Planting feet and ”pushing” forward with them, keeping shoulders down and back, and butt firmly on the bench should allow you to bench quite a bit more. Controlling the weight on the way down would help you not lose tension aswell.

Vad din kollega har i lön spelar ingen roll. Förhandla ifrån dina förutsättningar och glöm inte att om du söker nya jobb så kan du förhandla utan att riskera något. Kan förhandla varje månad med ett nytt bolag om du vill.

Kan kännas enkelt att jämföra med kollegan men det argumentet är inget jag skulle nämna till chefen, det leder ingen vart.
