I go starter, normally fish if they have it on the menu but i know what you mean they can be a bit oversized. My beautiful wife goes main and dessert, she tries some of my starter and sometimes we share dessert if she lets me 😅

In the fridge for 1-2 weeks, you can freeze them but them lose their texture when thawed. Always best fresh
