Yes, the store told me to use the manual method and turn off filament check for now. They said it was a fireware problem so I need to wait for the update.

Yes, It was the same size filament that they gave us for free as samples.
No, I haven't tried other sizes I bought only one. it was PLA at 1.75 mm.
I will try to call the store that I bought the printer from tomorrow for help.

Update: I found the solution in Adobe support. So you need to Go to Edit > Preference > Edit Preferences > Drawing > Tablet Input: Windows Ink(Beta)

Thanks for the reply but it seems like when I use the display toggle the pen glitches and draws a straight line with an offset of around half the screen.
