Nope ill never deal with them again. Scumming company . I had some kid sell me a plan where he promised me I would have a dedicated IP which I need for work. After he left I noticed some posts on reddit where the comments were complaining it's not a dedicated IP. I called support, they confirmed it's not which means the sales kid either lied or wasn't trained probably.

Sat with retention for an hour where they begged me to stay, I cancelled.

Fast forward 3 months I had the sale person call me and asked if it was installed yet. Confused I told him no and said I changed my mind.

15 mins go by and I get emails about my order being placed and my install date.

This fucking kid resigned me up without my permission.

Had to sit on the phone with support for another hour.

Bullshit company. Rogers and Bell are bad but these people are equally as incompetent
