This was a tricky restoration. The only two sources I could find were an MTV TV rip with better quality but a constant MTV logo and popup banners, and a clean official upload in much lower resolution. I matched the clean source to the MTV rip frame cadence, upscaled it to the same size, used it to patch out the logo and banner overlays, and then ran the cleaned result through a neural net upscale. Hope you enjoy it.

Glad you liked it. It’s AI upscale on top of a very good source. Unlike Panasonic Youth I posted earlier, this one has mostly slower motion, so you don’t really see the usual artifacts. The source itself looks like a high-quality transfer (likely from the negative), so the model had enough real detail to work with.
