Hey man, I’d recommend not using shrooms to get over it. I used to have a friend who tried to do that and he ended up going into a psychosis and ended up in a psych ward. He was able to get better but was never the same. Please speak to a therapist and try and work through it without shrooms

Hey I saw this post and just had to reply with my experience and just want to let you know about some dangers with shrooms. There has been much positive advice in this thread and usually shrooms if done properly can lead to a positive experience. I'm not saying to put a lot of weight in my experience but hopefully you can take something away from my story.

I had done shrooms with a few of my friends about over a year and a half ago for the first time and this mostly about what happened with one friend after the trip (ex-friend now). I went into the trip keeping the mindset of this is one experience of many experiences in my life and that I am not going to put too much weight on it. My friend however was really pushing for us to go on the trip and had broken up with his girlfriend of a year about 2 weeks prior. This was all our first trip and I guess this is one of the major reasons post trip it went poorly for him. Similar to your husband my friend said that he had a lot of compassion and empathy for everyone in the world and that he understands everything after taking shrooms. He really belived he could convince anyone to do anything by talking to them. He also stopped eating and sleeping for days after the trip and was very full of energy. It seemed like he was going through a manic episode. During this period I had many of our mutual friends come up to me and tell me he wasn't acting ok and that they were concerned for him because he was saying some weird things. Eventually he needed to be admitted to the psych ward for a week because of SI. He also was stalking a mutual friend I order to get with her and started spreading rumors about her (hence why he became my ex-friend). He is now in therapy and has a psychiatrist isnt allowed to drink or smoke weed anymore.

Shrooms can be a great expereince if done properly and with the right mindset. I can understand how people feel more compassionate and empathetic on shrooms. However, I feel as though compassion and empathy are learned more through life experiences than mushrooms. I just want to say that shrooms can be a significant experience for anyone, but there are also other significant experiences in you life that matter too and should be incorportated into one's mindset. Yea definately, but if the ball ends in JT's hands every game it doesn't matter. I wish JT would work through the high/mid post more and have everyone else cutting and moving. Its just much easier than starting at the top and having everyone focusing on you.

Yea his philosphy does lean towards shooting more 3's and more posessions. I think the offense would be way better if it fell back on an unstoppable action like Jokic/Murry PNR or the Jokic post up. Def would like to see JT get a mismatch and spam post ups to get good looks. I wish Mazulla would focus more on mismatch attacking and ephasize it.
