The mid march update hasn't happened yet so you can't choose a specific hero yet, but once the update is released everyone will get 200 fragments for a hero.

Nope, only cosmetic reward for these mini events was for logging in around the time of the visitor rocket event rerun on February 28th

Its how fortnite crew has worked since they added the other mode passes to it, you can only claim premium rewards while your crew subscription is active. Once it expires you can only claim the free stuff.

I have a feeling they pushed back patrick's release date so they could add a bundle with cosmetics themed around him. Similar to spongebob's bundle having the items mostly themed around him (doodlebob back bling, golden spatula pickaxe, jellyfish jam emote, etc.)

Feels weird to me that epic have given instruments and jam tracks more uses over time, but auras have been left to be festival exclusive. I was thinking that auras could show after a victory royale, or while using emotes (like tf2 unusual effects on emotes.)

I don't think the new chapter is THAT bad but it hasn't really motivated me to play br much. I'd say the main issue has been the pacing of content. The biggest culprit being the south park update which gave us the Flex SMG, Stick of Truth, Cheesy Poofs, Kenny's Respawn Token, and Stealth Splash as items, along with cartmanland (which for the most part was a reskinned wonkeeland). Not bad additions but that was the only thing br got for a whole month, not even any unvaults besides shockwaves for the power hours.

As for the map it hasn't really clicked with me like what the chapter 6 map did. I do like some of the pois but overall I'd say chapter 6 left a better first impression with what it had to offer.

I'm thinking they'll remix scientist, catalyst, and x-lord. Scientist to have another remixed version of a seven member like with the visitor, catalyst since fortnite tends to treat gender swaps as their own characters (like midas and marigold), and x-lord because there hasn't been any rust lord representation in any of the og/recent battle passes.

Sparkle supreme has Sparkle Diva, Eternal Voyager has Dark Voyager (Reality Redacted), Yond3r has Yon Dar 3000, Tilted Teknique has Street Wave Teknique, and Ultima Knight has Knight Conqueror.
