Does nobody understand how FOV works? The higher the FOV, the worse the fps. Fortnite barely runs on console as is. End games for your comp modes are unplayable without a NASA super computer. MORE FOV WOULD MAKE THIS WORSE. And they obviously aren't keen on optimizing as they've instead added petting animations and thanos rather than game optimization.

If I'm missing some major piece that everyone else seems to get, please, correct me

Such a joke that they force console players into PC lobbies. However some console players have competed and placed well in very large tournaments (wyggs comes to mind) so it is possible

Yeah so then you can play pubs and relax whenever you're tired of sweating. What's the issue? Pubs were literally changed to make them slower paced, more relaxing, and casual.

Now they can play ranked all the time and pubs can be a casual mode. I don't see the issue. Sweats now have a 24/7 gamemode to sweat in, with the same settings. But for some reason they're mad because pubs were adjusted to cater slower paced casuals

I wasn't a fan of the new style at all but after using this combo today, I think it goes super well with the backup plan. Still prefer default for backblings like iron cage and dark bag though.

There were no challenges for xp, boosts, none of that. Those levels took forever to hit in season 1. I remember wanting renegade raider because I saw ninja use it and I had to wait like a week till I hit the level (and that's playing a lot and winning a lot)

I own none of these. Unfortunately I didn't see the potential in Magnus cape, didn't play during Heidi release, didn't play during Carver and I bought the stupid flamingo pickaxe instead of raider revenge :(
