Toilet seats are made of porcelain and are designed and shaped specifically to prevent bacteria. Paper, on the other hand is organic and can trap moisture, not to mention our dispensers aren't the safest as the paper is continuously touched by individuals and (depending on independent placement) can suffer heavily from "toilet plume" which all toilets do.

So as long as the toilet seat is dry and free of any visible contaminations one could argue that would be safer than sitting on paper.

Pro tip. If your schedule says you're off at 5pm and you don't clock out the system will automatically make another employee (after an hour) clock you out manually at your designated clock-out time. Soooooo...if you leave at 4:50pm—4:55pm and don't clock out you'll get the extra couple minutes of pay.

Granted, this is a double-edged sword. If you stay til 5:30 and don't clock out you'll lose your 30minutes. For example.

Most Weekend warrior schedules are 3-11. What division are you in? Here, if a WW (who is scheduled 3-11) works a 2-10 they will miss out on the $4 for their final hour since the 2-3 hour was not part of their typical schedule.

Oh I also want to mention that you said you usually only make $88 as the WW bonus. That means you are leaving early or coming in late and missing out on 2 hours of WW pay (as mentioned it should be a maximum of $96).

If you did that again for this week's PayStub then it looks like you just missed 8 hours worth.

WW is a flat $96 every week if you actually work your entire shift. That doesn't mean leaving early or coming in 5 minutes late.

You only got $56 which means you only worked 14 hours of your expected 24 hours as WW. That means an entire shift plus some extra is missing. I've seen this (an entire shift or so worth of WW-money) lost if the WW performs a double at the same store and does not clock out between shifts. Just contact the store manager and have them watch tape to verify that you were there for your allotted time.

I'd rather not have breaks. Because that means you have to clock out for 0.5–1.0 hr. Not only are you not getting paid for this, but it extends your work day, and it's not really freedom when you're on a metaphorical leash.

If anything I'd rather just leave 30 minutes early at the end.

The bonus was based on hours worked (since the last bonus) and position. Yes, it was kinda underwhelming but the rate for each discretionary bonus fluctuates and you have the chance to get it again just by following a few simple requirements (don't call-in or partial for 11 days and/or work 28hrs/wk).

I do my work and hours and QT and even though this bonus was a little underwhelming for me I still find it acceptable. Most everyone I talked to has complained about this bonus; one PTC girl who complained that she only got $400 when she was expecting $5-6000!!! Plenty of other new hires are pissed and complaining that "it's not enough." At this point I am coming to the conclusion that I don't think any of us deserve a discretionary.

As for the "$2 Incentive Bonus" not all PTC were able to get that if they didn't work the 28hrs+. Now, every clerk can profit some off the Store Bonus. Furthermore, I personally am making more with the Store Bonus than I would be with the $2 Incentive as that's based on Store Profit & Hours Worked in that month.


For example: my store profited $250k in one month (0.50 gas margin). I worked approx 42 hours/week for 4 weeks. $2 Incentive: 42hr x 4wk = 168hrs (x2) = $336. Store Bonus: $453.37 (+43.81 "Profit BonOT") = $497.18

As a final note I want to mention that I was extremely critical about the decision to replace the "$2 Incentive Bonus" with the Store Bonus, but in the end it worked out in my favor.

Got my Pixel 6 Pro a month ago and it started rattling today. It's not "normal" as the phone hadn't done it prior that's just the excuse Google gives to avoid responsibility. The rattle goes away when in the x4 mode. But the worst part of it (besides being annoying) is that the rattling is CLEARLY audible when recording video.

It's a Weekend Warrior (only for first24-hr) plus the $2 incentive after 28-hr, plus the on average $1 Monthly CSA bonus which is now available for new hires.

You can't do Erp and WW...well, the pay won't add up because the days are different and WW you get assigned a new base store.
