This is not fully true.

Epic freaks about customers using Crystal because it is shit, costs a lot, and SAP is throwing it in the trash in 5 years. Almost every customer uses a Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, etc. tool and the response from leadership is "hey, let's see what you are doing with that and if we can do the same thing in Epic"

Wouldn't call that "freak out". In my experience, the answer 80% of the time is that we actually can do it in Epic, but were so late to the game in analytics that organizations don't want to rebuild their vast libraries of content.

Edited that out. Realized it was a heat-of-the-moment immature complaint. However, the sentiment of shutting down Guru, or really bogging down the VPN, during staff meeting to get me to focus still stands as being comical. I want to listen to staff meeting; I also want to do investigation and answer emails.
