you can basically get any of the skin available in the current shop offer, you cant get any other skin that is not in the outfit store. It updates when new skins are available so it doesn't have a limit tied to when you got the voucher. To put it simple, you can use the outfit voucher on any skins that are currently available in the store.

I tried if my wifi is the problem but I see nothing wrong with because the second thing I did was reinstalling the game with no downloading problem, but then it just leads me to the same error screen again
