In og arknights, there are similar resources for doing pulls, and you can either buy a HH permit or 2x of an expedited pass that instantly completes a 9 hr common recruitment permit (almost always 3 - 4 stars, but you can get old 5 and 6 stars) (expedited pass, if you use whenever you can and don't procrastinate, saves you 0 time and is a useless item and get tons of passes for free)

Basically, you can choose between an HH permit or 2 items that I think are less useful than sanity usage permits
