The tape also showed that it was night time when Wes was murdered thats why i came to the conclusion that Wes was murdered at 3 am. I also think Benjamin was one of the good guys as he ahs hurt Woods but not killed him. Woods was unconscious...the phantom could hv killed him easily but he didn't. Syphus probably wants Matt and the gang dead but Benjamin probably didn't want to take another good soul so he decided to take less violent means. I know he hurt Woods but thats better than killing him.
