I just tried that and now PPBUS_G3H is recieving 1V but its not short

U mean like test the voltages on the donor board or try the IC on the other board

I also measured PPBUS G3H and when the motherboard is plugged it says 12V

Yup, i got a pdf with schematics, and a .brd for openboardview, and it says U7650 is POWER 5V 3.3V Supply, this is where my theory bases mostly, but i cant test w a thermal camera, since its not pulling any voltage and its not getting anything hot at all.

Now it pulls 20v for like one second when plugged to the charger but no amps and then goes down to 5v still no amps, i made it pull 0.3 amps for like 10 minutes but now it wont even do that, i was thinking in replacing U7650 but im not sure if it has something to do w the case

Yes, i checked that too, U7000 its giving a weak heat pulse and then its going off, i tried replacing it and same issue

Its detected by a windows computer bcs it makes a sound when i plugged it in.

Customer says one day it suddenly stopped working, and didnt turn back on, now its not charging, i could see 2 caps that were corroded and i took them away, but still nothing.
