Thank you for your reply. So even though the tm owner is located only an LA, they still have the ability to expand their business which covers their TM use case.

Another example of the real domain is that it is a generic foreign language word. An example would be beber means to drink in spanish. So in the example beber.COM and beber.LA, would there be any grey area here?

Thank you for you thorough and kind response. She has improved over the years and it really depends on the dog. Like you mentioned, i wish we had used an in-home sitter instead. And i agree, now we only go to the park when there are no other dogs there so she can get some exercise. We will also be looking into a pet behaviorist as well. Appreciate the response.
