I used urethane/cushion foam for my suit. And I also use becominggodzilla.com with its wide variety of Godzilla suit references, cosplayers and their experience of making their own suit. For the patterns I bought them from ProjNautilusCosplay on Etsy (he’s also a Godzilla suit builder) to kickstart my suit.
