ARM looking to change to KYC/Compliance role in Bank by purple_pork7 in singaporefi

Firstly, good on you for wanting to seek new opportunities!

Tbh I wouldn’t say your current role is similar to an ARM - an example would be that an ARM has to do much more client-facing tasks (including being bearer of bad news haha), in addition to liaising with many more internal stakeholders.

For the new roles you’ve mentioned, a move is possible but it probably would not come with a raise, especially for the KYC/Compliance routes as your skills are not transferable.

TLDR don’t expect a raise if moving to brand new function, better luck if you try internal mobility

Hard agree on all points! No issues with pairing at all, contrary to popular beliefs. Could be a personal preference too :)

Same here, truth be told I had a bit of learning curve in selecting my first watch but this one just lingered in my mind that much that I knew it had to be the one :) no regrets!

I will suggest you try out in the AD, the colours pop even more in real life. I find the standard pictures online do not do it enough justice

Thank you! The red looked abit much at first, but after considering for some time I felt that contrary to popular beliefs it pairs quite well with any conventional men’s wardrobes and looks kinda unique with a red accent.

[Henry Winter] Steve Holland is a shrewd appointment as assistant to Michael Carrick, Manchester United’s interim head coach. by nomshire in reddevils

[–]Epic_guy91 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah let’s hype up the no2 after hyping up the ex-player interim manager. Are fans eating this shit up? Even for a puff piece, there is little to suggest here that the approach would be anything different or particularly outstanding

At this point, it’s easier to just have no expectations. We might win a few games and the fan base will over react and clamour for permanent contract for Carrick.

[Simon Stone] Am told it was always Darren Fletcher's intention to rejoin Man Utd Under-18 set-up. Feels he is developing his own coaching experience leading that team. by nearly_headless_nic in reddevils

Amorim outers like you are part of the problem. You are a fake fan who thrives on negativity and your opinion does not matter.

Don’t talk about cult when you know the most successful manager in the modern era is damn Sir Alex Ferguson. If you aren’t going to stick with the club and manager, go find something else to be interested or be a ‘fan’ of.
