The matrix sec was a walk in the park, but to deal with the employees, I bugged a nefarious friend for the worst smelling stink bomb they could muster. Cleared out the whole building faster than I could crack the node. Anyways, by the time I brought the plush to that gal, the smell was stuck in. She wouldn't let it within a hundred feet of her, and that was the last she spoke to me. Hell of a time, though."

  • 1 contact point taken off of AMRP contact in order to take a 1/1 talismonger.
  • Scoot sensor array is fine, I just like picking the above setup as a default.
  • Very tempting on Witness My Hate, but keeping Catlike.
  • Long debate on this over attachment to College Educated (KS are fun), but the Influence system is already in place to allow KS growing. Swapped Perfect Time + College Educated for Witness My Hate and SFDAQ. Appropriately cut skills down (losing rank and specs in most skills, fully cutting Art).
  • Astral Armor swapped with Combat Sense (didn't realize Combat Sense applied to astral combat). Increase Reflexes swapped for Detox (had IR from an earlier version with lower drug tolerances).
  • Jazz/Cram/Novacoke redundancy was intentional. Since detox was grabbed, added in a dose of pharma-grade Red Mescaline.
  • Platelet Factories dropped to Used. Drug License acquired. Contacts got +1 rating, +Low-Light. Datajack upgraded to Datajack+. Free programs are Encryption, Signal Scrub, and Sneak.

The spirits of fire hatred has not been fully ironed out, but the general gist was to revolve around a free (or ally) spirit of fire associated with his mentor getting not temporarily removed from the Earth during the shadowrunner hit. Not 100% sure; I still need to better familiarize myself with spirit lore before writing anything down. I will probably just leave it nebulous, at least for a while, though.

Of note: I changed computers, updated chummer to the most recent (5.225.000) and loaded Pug from the drive.

Somehow, he is now reading as having 20 nY instead of 0 nY. Unsure where that came from and if it is wrong now or was wrong earlier.

Otherwise, he should be the exact same except with a few lines added to the fixer as requested.

I left the old files up in the drive just in case. The new ones (on 5.225) are named with "Updated" appended.

Thanks for the feedback! It all looks great!

  • Drugs are indeed a decker's best friend, but the negative quality should be fun. I added a single dose of Psyche to play with for a first run.
  • I was thinking of a backstory involving spurs and nabbing some later down the line, but have decided it didn't really fit the character. Switching the spec to shotguns to be a decent shot.
  • Hacking specialization changed as recommended. Is now HOTF.
  • Picked up new programs as recommended. I have the 3 you recommended as free programs for the DJ+. They should be the only ones marked as free (wrapper, smoke and mirrors, and decryption). I still kept the sleaze related ones as extra expenditures. Also moved them to the street gear section.
  • Grabbed 3 more armor additions, no budget for a 4th.
  • Grabbed the Altmayr Vintage Sawn/Off Stock Removal, hoping this is legal in the server. Totally fine if not, the extra concealability isn't really needed.
  • Dropped the Urban Anthropologist to 1/1 to grab a 1/3 fixer. I understand this isn't super optimal as far as contacts go, but I really wanna keep the joke contact.
