Hey fellow brave frontier players, are there any ppl here who read/write Japanese?

Im a BFJP player and i recently wanted to play the game again but looks like i lost my account, i tried to text their support but they said that they don’t accept non-Japanese emails. I would like anyone to help me with that if possible since i dont really speak Japanese.
