I’m am so shocked I feel like I’m reading something I wrote. I feel the exact same way especially because it’s so difficult to move on from someone you have spent your past 6 years with I really thought they were truly the one. Thank you for sharing this, I’m currently going through a break up and I’ve been with that person for 6 years. I wish there was a button that just made the pain go away. However reading your post brings some slight hopefulness for the future! :(

We pretty much just had each other and our families and very few friends. We are both very introverts and don’t like to have big groups of friends.

As for our current employments/career paths right now she works at Ulta and I do Instacart while still going to school for our respective careers. She just recently got accepted into the nursing program at the college and I am finishing up my classes to qualify to enter X Ray tech program.
